I am a full-hearted mother, and my daughter has helped me a lot to recognise this. Out of love for myself and in order to maintain relaxed relationships, I have uncovered and changed many old patterns. This is how I managed to dissolve my 20-year toxic marriage with the aim of making my life more loving. My daughter also benefits from this. As a single parent, I have created a new centre of life for us abroad in the midst of a new culture and a new language, which poses quite a few challenges. But we help each other with much more understanding and harmony than before.
